Ebook Purchase Terms

These Ebook Purchase Terms ("Purchase Terms") apply to purchases of The Gold Buyer's Playbook and any associated digital materials offered through Vexillum Minerals FZCO ("Vexillum", "we", "us" or "our").

By completing a purchase, you agree to these Purchase Terms together with our Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. The Product

The product offered for purchase is a digital educational ebook titled:

The Gold Buyer's Playbook

The purchase price displayed at checkout is US$17, unless a different price or authorised promotional offer is displayed at the time of purchase.

The purchase may also include supplementary digital resources expressly identified on the sales or delivery page.

2. Digital Product

The Gold Buyer's Playbook is a digital product.

No physical book will be delivered unless a physical product is expressly offered and purchased separately.

Following successful payment, the ebook will be made available electronically using the delivery method specified during the purchase process, which may include email delivery, a download page or access through another digital delivery system.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed through a third-party payment processor.

By submitting payment, you represent that:

  • you are authorised to use the selected payment method;

  • the billing information you provide is accurate; and

  • you authorise the applicable purchase amount to be charged.

If payment is declined, reversed or otherwise unsuccessful, Vexillum is not required to provide or continue access to the digital product.

4. Delivery

Delivery is considered to have occurred when Vexillum or its digital-delivery provider makes the ebook available to the email address, download page, account or other delivery destination provided by the purchaser.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for checking spam, junk or similar email folders where applicable.

If you successfully complete a purchase but do not receive access to the ebook, please contact Vexillum and we will take reasonable steps to provide access.

5. Personal-Use Licence

Your purchase provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ebook for your own personal and educational purposes.

Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights in the ebook remain with the applicable rights holder.

Unless expressly authorised in writing, you may not:

  • resell the ebook;

  • redistribute copies;

  • upload the ebook to public file-sharing services;

  • make the ebook publicly available;

  • reproduce substantial portions for commercial purposes;

  • sublicense access to the ebook; or

  • represent the content as your own work.

Reasonable quotations or references remain subject to applicable copyright law.

6. Educational Purpose

The Gold Buyer's Playbook is provided for general informational and educational purposes.

It is designed to help readers understand considerations relevant to purchasing and owning physical gold.

The ebook does not constitute personalised:

  • investment advice;

  • financial advice;

  • legal advice;

  • tax advice; or

  • accounting advice.

Nothing in the ebook constitutes a guarantee concerning the future price of gold or the performance of any transaction.

7. References to Vexillum Products

The ebook may discuss or refer readers to products, services or programs offered by Vexillum, including the Vexillum Gold Reserve Program.

Purchasing the ebook does not constitute:

  • an application to participate in a Gold Reserve Program;

  • acceptance into a Gold Reserve Program;

  • a purchase of gold;

  • a deposit toward a gold purchase;

  • an investment in Vexillum;

  • a purchase of securities; or

  • a commitment to enter into any subsequent transaction with Vexillum.

Any subsequent transaction is separate from the ebook purchase and is subject to its own eligibility requirements, documentation, compliance procedures, disclosures and contractual terms.

8. Promotional Gold Draw

Purchasers may, where eligible, have an opportunity to participate in a promotional weekly gold draw associated with the campaign.

The US$17 purchase price is payment for the ebook and not payment for an entry, ticket, chance, wager or stake in a prize draw.

Participation in any promotion is separate from the contractual purchase of the ebook and is governed exclusively by the applicable Weekly Gold Draw Official Rules.

Eligibility may vary according to age, location and applicable law.

Purchasing the ebook does not guarantee eligibility to participate in a promotion and does not guarantee that the purchaser will receive a prize.

Where a free alternative method of entry is made available under the Official Rules, an eligible person's odds of winning will not depend upon whether that person purchased the ebook.

9. Bonuses

The sales page may occasionally include supplementary materials or promotional bonuses with the ebook.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these materials are provided as additional digital content and do not have a separately redeemable cash value.

Availability of bonuses may vary between promotions or purchase periods.

10. Refunds

Because the ebook is supplied digitally and may be made available immediately following purchase, refunds are governed by Vexillum's separate Refund Policy, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Purchase Terms removes any mandatory consumer right applicable to you.

11. Duplicate Purchases and Technical Errors

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us.

Where our records confirm an unintended duplicate transaction, we will take reasonable steps to correct it.

Similarly, if a technical issue prevents delivery of the purchased product, we will first seek to restore or provide access to the product.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, please contact us so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have through your payment provider or under applicable law.

Fraudulent or deliberately abusive payment disputes may result in suspension of access to Vexillum digital products or services.

13. Availability

Vexillum may modify, replace or discontinue the sale of the ebook or associated promotional offers at any time.

This will not affect a purchaser's right to receive a product for which a valid payment has already been accepted.

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vexillum is not responsible for financial decisions made by a purchaser based solely upon general educational information contained in the ebook.

Nothing in these Purchase Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with your purchase will be handled in accordance with the Vexillum Privacy Policy.

16. Relationship With Other Terms

These Purchase Terms should be read together with:

  • the Vexillum Website Terms of Use;

  • the Vexillum Privacy Policy;

  • the Vexillum Refund Policy; and

  • where applicable, the Weekly Gold Draw Official Rules.

If you subsequently enter into a Gold Reserve Program transaction, that transaction will be governed by its own definitive agreement and associated documentation.

17. Governing Law

Unless mandatory consumer law applicable to you requires otherwise, these Purchase Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.

Any separate Vexillum product or transaction may specify a different governing law in its own definitive documentation.
