Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of The Gold Buyer's Playbook and other digital educational products sold by Vexillum Minerals FZCO ("Vexillum", "we", "us" or "our"), unless different refund terms are expressly stated at the time of purchase.

1. Digital Product Purchases

The Gold Buyer's Playbook is a digital product that is normally made available immediately or shortly after successful payment.

Because digital products cannot ordinarily be "returned" once they have been delivered or accessed, purchases are generally non-refundable after successful digital delivery, except as described in this policy or where a refund is required by applicable law.

2. Problems Accessing Your Ebook

If you complete your purchase but do not receive or cannot access your ebook, please contact us.

We will first take reasonable steps to:

  • verify the purchase;

  • resend the delivery email;

  • provide a replacement download link; or

  • otherwise restore access to the product.

A technical delivery problem will therefore normally be resolved by providing the product rather than automatically issuing a refund.

If we are unable to provide the purchased product within a reasonable period after being notified of the problem, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund.

3. Duplicate Charges

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same ebook purchase, please contact us.

Once we confirm an unintended duplicate transaction, the duplicate charge will be refunded.

4. Incorrect or Unauthorised Charges

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or that a transaction was made without your authorisation, please contact us promptly so that we can investigate.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights available to you under applicable law or through your payment provider.

5. Change of Mind

Because the ebook is a digital product made available following purchase, we generally do not provide refunds solely because:

  • you changed your mind after purchase;

  • you decided not to read or use the ebook;

  • you no longer want the product after receiving access; or

  • you expected the ebook to provide a particular financial or investment outcome.

Nothing in this section limits a mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer-protection right that applies to you under applicable law.

6. Educational Content

The Gold Buyer's Playbook is an educational product.

Purchasing the ebook does not guarantee:

  • financial returns;

  • investment performance;

  • increases in the price of gold;

  • eligibility for any separate Vexillum product or program;

  • acceptance into the Gold Reserve Program; or

  • any particular commercial or financial outcome.

Dissatisfaction with subsequent gold-market performance or a decision not to participate in another Vexillum product does not provide a basis for refunding the ebook purchase.

7. Weekly Gold Draw

Any promotional gold draw associated with the ebook campaign is separate from the purchase of the ebook.

The US$17 purchase price is payment for the digital product and not payment for a prize-draw entry.

Eligibility for, participation in and administration of any Weekly Gold Draw are governed by the applicable Weekly Gold Draw Official Rules.

A purchaser's ineligibility for a promotion does not by itself make the ebook purchase refundable, provided the ebook was properly supplied and the applicable promotional eligibility restrictions were appropriately disclosed.

Likewise, not winning a promotional prize does not create any entitlement to a refund.

8. Promotional Bonuses

Where supplementary digital materials are provided free of additional charge as bonuses with an ebook purchase, those materials do not have a separately refundable cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.

9. Refund Method

Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Processing times after a refund has been initiated may depend upon the relevant bank, card issuer or payment provider.

10. Abuse and Fraud

Vexillum reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to refuse discretionary refunds where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, deliberate abuse, repeated refund manipulation or misuse of digital products.

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or waived.

Where mandatory consumer-protection law provides you with rights that conflict with this policy, the applicable mandatory law will prevail.

12. Other Vexillum Products

This Refund Policy applies to the digital ebook purchase only.

It does not establish cancellation, redemption, refund or termination rights for:

  • physical gold purchases;

  • the Vexillum Gold Reserve Program;

  • investment or commercial agreements;

  • mining-related transactions; or

  • any other separately contracted Vexillum product or service.

Those transactions are governed by their own applicable agreements and terms.
